Bernards Konditori

Bernards pastry shop opened its doors in Jönköping as early as in 1919, and has since then served freshly made salads, pies, delicious pastry dishes and their famous smorgas-cakes, or smörgåstårtor. Discover Bernard’s traditional pastry and their very own modern creations. You can find Bernards coffeeshop in the centre of the city, but also in the eastern part of the town and in the A6 shopping mall.

No matter where you look or where you go, there is always a café just around the corner. Jönköping has a well-established café culture, and friends will often suggest taking a Swedish "fika" during the day, or after shopping downtown.
